I don't think these are going to be cheap. The only neutral promo.

Initially, I expect they will command around 2-300 for a regular. Not sure about the gold. Several of the people I have talked to are going to combine their golds to max, so I think supply will dwindle on singles fast. 

I reckon quite a few will hit the markets, but won't be there for long.

And I didn't answer the question. Not planning on selling these or anything yet. I haven't sold a card at all. I reckon these will rent well considering the buffs and being neutral, so will see how the market reacts. Plan is to combine one for max and then one to L2 or L3 the rest single.
