Tiktok and shorts, reels have reduced the attention span of the current and the new generation. people want to spend few seconds on the content. And they want to reduce their involvement in one place and they want to move on.

Attention span will always go low with the type of content consumed. If the content is long form then we could have some chance.

### Promoting longer Video is Hard

Think of the time when we want to promote our content which has the video. So like 1 hour worth of the video is going to be hard. Because people have the low attention span and then it becomes harder to work with the longer video. 

With the time the people tend to reduce their involvement with the video. Some of the people prefer the medium videos like of 10 minutes. So It is kind of something I am experimenting on as well. Promoting on medium video seems to be the only case for me. 

### People want high quality for Free

Imagine there are people who want info-graphics in animation for video. And they don't even want to pay for such content. Which means giving content on YouTube turns out to be more or less problematic too. 

Imagine you give a lot of content for free. And people consume that for free. They don't want to subscribe and pay for it. And that has made you want to spend less time on things to monetize with videos. This is one reason why Hive is a good option.

Writing longer content is good some of the time. Making longer videos may be good but people prefer the to the point videos. And it all depends if they want to have longer conversation. It is not going to be anything easy with creating and promoting content now a days. 

I suppose we have to change with the times. And that would make your conversion of content and monetization numbers good.
