I've seen your work on other tribes.  Until POB, I've remained relatively uninvolved in the administrative side of cryptocurrencies.  I'm developing a formal token vision/project plan/proposals for the tribe in the next couple of weeks.  

I'm learning about plagiarism monitoring and DV'ing from groups like StemGeeks/StemSocial/Hivewatchers and now POB.  It's exhausting, thankless, and I'm learning it's critical for a token's value.  

In regards to a post or comment, how do you determine under or overvalue?
