All these yeye Nigerian lectures. Most of them feels like gods. It happened to me. Some of them made these textbooks mandatory and the only way they get to make sure you buy the books is if they made it compulsory for tests. They're predictable, no matter the school or institution, they'll always act the same. Part-time program is mostly for the school and not remitted to the government, so that's why the school acts like that
