Greek... I get even German and Chinese but Greek was really weird for me

The thing is, in German, we have the same alphabet, pretty much, little difference, and in Chinese we have a completely different system, so, I wasn´t confused, but Greek is a little alike but not quite, and that was very confusing.

It's a musical language and that requires focusing in put the right accents in every word and the phrase completely. And the most confusing part was that the conversations we learned were like so old fashioned, I would never say that in Spanish, neither in Greek.

And the articles... WTF? the organization of the phrase? Chinese is way easier.

La cosa es, el alemán, tenemos el mismo alfabeto, casi, pequeñas diferencias, y en chino tenemos un sistema completamente diferente, así que no me confunde, pero el griego es un poco parecido pero no tanto, fue muy confuso.

Es un lenguaje musical y eso requiere concentrarse en cada palabra y en la frase completa. Y la parte más confusa fue que las conversaciones que aprendimos eran muy anticuadas, nunca diría nada de eso en español, menos en griego.

Y los artículos, ¿Qué onda? ¿La organización de la frase? El chino es mucho más sencillo.

I remember I started Greek just because the teacher that taught me German and Italian was launching other language course and I just had to do it. I would start any language if it is available to me and more if it's for free like that was.  He was a great teacher, ans he's still giving classes, little ad, this is his Instagram [cim.cursos](https://www.instagram.com/cim.cursos/?hl=es-la).

Me not understanding something wasn't his fault hahaha. and I have to say, I did understand, I got very good grades on the tests, but in general I find Greek the most difficult of the languages I have studied.

Recuerdo que empecé griego solo porque el profesor que me enseñó alemán e italiano estaba lanzando otro curso de idiomas y yo lo tenía que hacer. Yo empezaría cualquier lenguaje si está disponible y más si es gratis como ese fue. Que yo no entendiera algo no es culpa suya jajaja. Y tengo que decir, sí entendí, saqué buenas notas en los exámenes pero en general lo considero el idioma más difícil que he estudiado.

Yours is better if I must say, learning a language is like reading a book going in circles without stopping for me. I don't have the most difficult language that I have learnt because learning languages in general for me is difficult maybe it's because I have not being in a position where it is dearly needed.

That might be, if your first language is English then all of us are the ones learning it, because the popular games, music and tv shows are mostly in English or at least have an English version, it's easier to find a German tv-show translated to English than to Spanish...

I'm just glad I was born speaking Spanish because yeah, it's hard too, not to read or write, not the basics, but the times, God, sometimes when we have to write formal documents we get confused about the right time, one verb have so many conjugations per person and time and even express possibility in one word 
"Correrían" means that they were suppose to run but they didn't...
