Congrats!! That is a huge achievement. When times are good, everything is easier, including posting and it feels like consistency is a breeze. But as you said... everyone forgets about staying consistent in the bad days too and if there aren't strategies in place to deal with them, it is difficult to keep going. Same with anything really. Will year 2 be consistent also?
