AI5 is rumored to deliver between 2,000 and 2,500 TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second), marking a significant performance boost compared to AI4, which offers about 500 TOPS. This shift represents a 5x increase, similar to the transition from hardware 3 (144 TOPS) to AI4.
