I strongly support the decentralization of project governance so that all hodlers can truly be part of the project, at least being able to vote for what they think is best for the project in their view. A project can never be fully decentralized because in my opinion it is always necessary to have people connected to the project in order to be able to continue to implement / develop features but the decision of what should be the next steps of the project can be decentralized.
