You are correct....there are quite a few contributing factors to this one.

As a returning user...from a while ago...the biggest change is that many of the previous actively engaged users are tied up in trails and as a result the engagement is different....quite different.

When did you return, and how long did it take you to actually return, did you still see some of the faces you recognize from way back? Well, you're right, the engagement is different, but I think some people still manages to come back maybe when the market is better
