I think that you have a point there, for example, if I launched a dapp I can tap into a user base and investors on here. Early investors/delegators get the best return and some will exit for new ones some as angels and VCs would. I think that as the ecosystem matures it could definitely turn into a proper launch pad with the support that other chains don't have because the underlying chain is so fragmented and where this is a more of an open utility
