Yeah, I had a couple hundred thousand DEC and used it to buy cards.  It feels like it's on its way back down to the peg, which is where the Splinterlands people want it anyway.  With that in mind, I just went with the flow and converted to cards.

If it does keep coming down, I'll be able to buy a LOT back with less money if I want the points.  In the meantime, the DEC I used *did* increase my collection power so it's not like I was losing *all* of the points I got by holding it.

Like you, I don't have a ton of time or motivation to think through everything.  I just noticed the trend and since I wanted more cards anyway, I used my DEC to buy a few rather than fiat.

We'll see what happens.  It sounds like DEC will be needed for land so...it might go back up some.  Who knows?
