One of the keys will be getting more crypto friendly and crypto savvy lawmakers elected.  Hopefully the current regime is providing a frightening but very good example of why they need to go.  These people are still looking at the world from a legacy perspective.  They are unable to wrap their minds around the advancements being made and extrapolate the potential those advancements bring to the table.

There needs to be a changing of the guard.  One of the few common traits among the worlds' most wealthy people is age.  There are definitely younger billionaires but the established money got there on the strength of being able to manipulate and control the legacy systems.  And, for obvious reasons, they don't want to let go.

Crypto has the chance to change all of that by creating a new group of billionaires with new world thinking, as well as creating a new, stronger, more informed "middle class".  The people here today, learning, building, and *participating* in this new industry, will be the ones leading the way tomorrow.  We just have to keep on building.
