That is how I see it. There is so much taking place that opens things up to all. For many, it starts with getting a bit of money coming in. This is what a place like Hive can offer. With the different reward pools, people get "cashflow". Then, when a lot of this stuff is built out, people will be able to get into investments they were previously exempt from.
