The average salary in Romania is 446, the average pension is 300 but there are also special pensions (former parliamentarians, judges, army and police) that can reach 10,000 !!!
I understand your regret that those who receive votes do not know how to return this gesture, as a thank you.
I lived with the impression that I voted, I checked and it seems that I didn't. I apologize, reciprocity has always been my habit. Probably the immensity of your vote frightened me.

which country is that "rich pensioner"? :P

In Greece regarding pensions, the system is messed up. Due to bad politics and economics, we got pensions that are around 1000+ € and pensions that are 300€. There is no in-between. 

And because the salaries are so messed up as well, many families depend on their grandpas and grandmas, they basically support the household. 

Also, sorry for my late reply, due to lack of time, i wait for comments and replies to gather and then i spend certain days answering everything!
