Centralization has some demerits but yet, this system of governance is admirably supported by national policy advisers all across the globe,so here it has quite big concensus.

Despite decentralization is good and control is vested in the users hand, but after all its not in the end good enough for a "real time setting", coz, when you go for maintmaintaining a group of people collectively, then decentralization wont work for there is no sound control and obedience.Here is what I think,I might be wrong but thats what I look into it in raw eyes.
