Well said! I've been on Hive for about 2.5 months and have crushed all the HP goals I've set, but it isn't because of my content, it's the time I put in! I do my best to post every day, comment on the work of others, and in general be present. People get too focused on the little numbers on the corners of their posts, and miss the true success here.
