Nifty50 is a long term game and is not for the faint of hearts. Just the recent trend in the market is enough to scare most of the people. (Including me) I am goingto watch how quickly can the NIFTY50 recover from such a hit. I mean its down by almost 2000 points in just 30days.

That's true, and the people have started buying the dip. It's better to start buying in small quantities to get more units and thus ij the longer run these small units will make a good impact.
