Have you been paying attention to Threads this week?

I admit, I wish I had much more free time to hang out on the most vibrant #web3 social media platform around but alas....Job, family etc...

However there was something that started popping up on my feed this pat week and it got a lot of Lions on InLeo chatting...

@leo.alerts became everyone's favorite new account to follow and watch on $LEO for very good reason.  And I'm not exactly sure when it started to thread, but these messages have been....Pretty exciting to watch!

Over the past 24 hours alone we've seen @leopool purchase over 13,000 $LEO off the market and put it into the SIRP *(system reward income program)*.  This is the new way or fund that distributes the curation and creation rewards on InLEO.  

And LEO Alerts has been documenting it every step of the way!

Eventually, people will start to 'get' what is happening here and understand that the supply of LEO is capped and there isn't any more to go around.  Which means....Deflation of the token and (crossing fingers) a nice little bump in price.

We're already seeing this right now on the Hive based exchanges, and when the USDC staking starts up in a few months...Oh boy!

I know for a lot of the movers and shakers on the $LEO platform, it's become a favorite topic and account to follow.  As many Lions have stated this week, it's pretty much the most exciting account to follow and everyone's favorite Threads when they go out.

Look, I have no crystal ball with this stuff....I just see what is being built here over the years and the emphasis on stretching out the arms of LEO into other blockchains is very exciting.  But it should be even more exciting for everyone on this blockchain right now, because we know the people behind it.  We see what the team is doing.  And now, we have a clear path how this token will start becoming more and more valuable.

But it's not a 'set it and forget it' model.  This takes effort for everyone that wants to see $LEO continue to explode.

**How can we help?**

- **Use InLEO as much as you can.**  This drives activity and people get excited when they see actual people using the platform.  Combine this with the advertising revenue that will be coming, and you can see those deposits into the SIRP grow each and every day.

- **Go premium!**  More funds into the SIRP!!!

- **Use [LEODex](https://leodex.io/?ref=jongo)**, this will really start to play a major factor in the price of $LEO and more importantly, exposure to the social side of things!

And I'm sure there is many other ways, I'm just shooting from the hip here :)

For now, I'll just keep enjoying these threads from LEO Alerts, as they have brightened my day a whole lot over the past week!!!
