It's essential to just try and find peace. I think accepting is tough, especially when it's hard to believe one's new reality. There's no way we can doubt or live in denial, but it's hard anyway.
I've had these complex relationships, it was the center point of my upbringing and in reality, I think there are people who haven't truly had rough lives.
