It sounds like it was written by people who know nothing about bitcoin. All of those arguments are easily reputable. A part of me thinks that governments are secretly buying up all the BTC while it's low and holding it like they would gold. I have no evidence for that, it's just a thought. Good conclusion. It's like saying that Fiat money is a scam because Bernie Madoff ran a ponzi scheme.
