Hey everyone! Wow it's been a wild couple of weeks. INLEO succeeded at onboarding over 10,000 monthly active users in 2024 and we're now sitting at 13,000 MAUs. INLEO is about to announce partnerships with ChainFlip, Several Thorchain Interfaces, RUNE, Several Maya Interfaces, Arbitrum and many others. We've achieved 13,000 MAUs in 2024 and in 2025, we're aiming to onboard 50,000 Monthly Active Users to Hive.

Many of these users are investors. They have deep pockets and they are looking for amazing crypto projects to invest in.

These investors are all learning about HIVE, LEO and our ecosystems & economies. 

## HIVE is Up 61% Today to $0.64... But Here's the Problem

HIVE is up 61% today and there is a flood of activity on HIVE pairs across all major exchanges.

With this in mind, there is still **only 1 place in the world** where you can natively exchange HIVE with other L1 cryptocurrencies.

That place is https://leodex.io. 

The INLEO Team has been on a mission to **decentralize** the trading of HIVE. We believe that CEXes present a massive long-term threat to all cryptocurrencies. You don't want 100% of your volume to be controlled by CEXes. We all learned this lesson with CZ, Justin Sun, etc. 

The broader crypto space learned a bigger lesson with FTX and SBF.

The time of DEXes and L1 swaps is now. Thorchain, Maya and similar protocols have been expanding rapidly across the world of blockchain. 

INLEO and the LEO Token are listed on Maya Protocol and we have built our aggregation technology to bring HIVE, HBD and other HIVE L2 assets along with us. Now you can swap any of these assets using https://leodex.io.

**We are here today to announce the soft launch of HIVE Aggregation Technology V2 (HAT V2).**

HAT V2 solves many of the issues we faced with HAT V1. The main two issues being:
1. User-friendliness (required around 7 confirmations on average to conduct a trade - if the user didn't confirm them quickly and in order, the TX would fail)
2. Arbitrum Gas 

We abstracted both of these complexities with HAT V2. Now:
1. A HAT TX requires only 1 confirmation from the user. If the user closes the browser or leaves the page, the transaction will still complete in the background
2. Arbitrum Gas is covered by the oracle and no longer needed by the end user

HAT aims to solve the #1 problem facing all crypto assets: decentralizing power away from Centralized Exchanges. 

HAT V2 solves all of the problems we saw with HAT V1. 

The new technology is extremely intuitive and literally requires 1 click to confirm a swap. 

## Temporary $50 Swap Limit

We've installed a temporary $50 swap limit. As we gain feedback, we'll continue to raise this cap and eventually remove the cap entirely.

The $50 swap limit cap is in place while we test the technology and ensure it is bulletproof.

## What the Hell is HAT?

ICYMI: HAT allows you to swap any Hive assets with any Maya Protocol assets which includes:
1. BTC
2. ETH
3. ARB
4. RUNE
5. CACAO
6. USDC (ETH)
7. USDC (Arbitrum)
8. ... and many other L1 assets!

We achieve this using a stack of technologies that have been invented by the INLEO Team. These technologies include:
1. The LEO (Arbitrum) Oracle which allows LEO to be traded and sent on the Arbitrum blockchain
2. The https://leodex.io trading interface (a maya protocol trading interface with Hive integrated)
3. @leodex which is a newly created (with HAT V2) swap engine that lives on the Hive Blockchain. We sourced inspiration from the Maya, Thorchain and ChainFlip protocols in order to build this swap engine. It uses intelligent memos to swap assets across blockchains 

## Nearing $600k in Swap Volume!

LeoDex is nearing $600k in swap volume since inception. This is amazing! I think we'll hit $1M by the end of Q1, 2025.
