Your result is actually the average of their scores (stake weighted). So a high average early is nice, but if harsher judges vote later, bringing down that average, so be it. I could see a post at $1 and give it an upvote; but if I saw the same post at $50, I'd give it a downvote. They're not upvoting or downvoting the post. They're weighing the value of the post against its current payout.
