From what i am seeing on youtube and three speak they only get better..i play a bit with the rental market at the start of the season when cards are cheap get into the silver attempt to get higher but stop renting or even playing at the end to try and rent for the season end rewards..not med anything significant yet..For now just enjoying the game and trying to climb slowly
