For those that might not know FTT, it is the native token for the crypto exchange supposed to rival Changpeng Zhao a.k.a CZ's company Binance and that crypto exchange is FTX owned by Sam Bankman-Fried, who also owns some other companies like Alameda Research, which the latest news report is not looking good for them at all, as there is a rumor going around that they are bankrupt, which I don't know how true it is but from recent happenings and Binance liquidating all the FTT holdings it might be true, but take note I said **Alameda Research** is rumored to be bankrupted not **FTX** crypto exchange just to clear the air, although they are both owned by the same person Sam Bankman-Fried.

Now if you have been on Twitter in the past 36 hours, you would have come across the tweets on crypto Twitter about Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao popularly known as CZ_binance, and the CEO of FTX little war over Binance Liquidating all their FTT position that was part of Binance’s exit from FTX equity last year, Binance received roughly 2.1 billion dollars equivalent in their stablecoin BUSD and FTX native token FTT, which they are liquidating 22,999,999 FTT tokens worth 584.8 million dollars transferred from an unknown wallet to Binance.

Liquidating our FTT is just post-exit risk management, learning from LUNA. We gave support before, but we won't pretend to make love after divorce. We are not against anyone. ## CEO of FTX should say something now or risk FTT becoming the next LUNA

In my opinion, Sam Bankman-fried is not taking this recent situation seriously enough because he is busy posting about new features while the rest of the crypto space is talking about the controversy surrounding Alameda Research alleged bankruptcy rumors, FTX and Binance liquidating all their FTT holdings, which could crash the FTT market as it does not have any real-life utility based on research reports I have read. It will be better for Sam Bankman-fried to clear the air about what is going on before it goes out of hand or **is all of it true?** which would be very bad for FTX.
