I've yet to investigate DeFi -I think having got burnt (not as badly as I thought) on the alts in 2017/18) I'm just going to stick with BTC/ LTC/ ETH/ Hive and maybe BAT, I also quite like MANA. Mainly BTC and Hive! having said that I do stake some BTC/ LTC and ETH on blockfi but not too much as it doesn't feel as secure as having it in my cold storage - if there are some DeFi coins that could sort that issue, I might be interested. It certainly isnt for everyone and, I myself, havent used it. That said, there is a lot of money being staked as collateral so people are obviously attracted by the returns.
