I love to see on Hive the use of crypto-assets as collateral in lending platforms. This is another layer of opening opportunities for people like us excluded from traditional financial institutions. The idea of using crypto assets as collateral in real estate purchases is an excellent one. Indeed, if implemented all these ideas will expand the financial system and will provide more opportunities.
