This or these are the challenges of Bringing Value outside the boundaries of your job.

You can build up interpersonal networks and rapore, which may benefit you.

But there’s a risk of pissing people off, if you make work for them.

Thus designing this to be work only for you, and for others two things: information on how things could be done differently, and an opportunity to be listened to about improving processes.

This makes them feel valued but not imposed upon, and the positive energy it generates goes to you.

This is not easy, and I admit for me, it was a learning process:

Bring value = doing more than your job, effecting positive change, improve productivity, don’t increase work for others, listen to others and make them feel valuable , while still doing your job well.

A tall order.. but worthwhile.
