Thanks, man for the feedback. 

The vote i almost missed made a difference are sort of. That vote was the vote that put A up to 32 votes matching B. More people voted on B so that got selected so 1 person could have made a difference. At least we now have someone to us for when future results match. 

Yes, im looking very forward to seeing who nominates themselves to be part of the gov team, always interesting to see watch people stepping up. 

I enjoy what i do, governance is not my thing. Dont think the bank manager should in doing governance, haha. Thank you again for the really nice comment
