Nice timing. In the future, Resource credits will be able to be delegated through RC delegation pools. The reason this is better than the SP delegation is that RCs are non-voting and don't draw on the pool, so can't be used to abuse in that way, and because they can't draw, they can also be revoked immediately and given to another without the 5 day wait- this is great for games. :)
