AI is expanding rapidly.  That said, the key is going to be in the ability to scale.  We are watching things moving at a pace never seen before.  Can we keep it up?

In this video I look at the different areas where scaling is necesssary.  This includes what Big Tech is going to do along with the declining cost curves which will enable horizontal expansion.

My Scaling Story

When I ran the No Loss Lottery I took a very small percentage of the earnings and gave the rest away as prizes. At first it wasn't worth my while, just a few Leo. But I knew if I could move beyond 4-5 people it would payoff. By the time I closed down the No Loss Lottery 2 years later I had over 100 people who had bought over 10,000 tickets. I was making a fair amount of Leo and it was more then orth my while. The difference was scaling. Once I was able to increase from 5 to 10, 10 to 20, 20 to 40 and eventually 100 people the business was profitable and the customers were happy. scaling increased not only my share, but the size of the prizes also. This kept people invested, and happy.
