I cant progress to be an expert but I think it is similar to Hive Engine.  When you put hive on there, it gets converted to Hive.swap, which is a token that blockchain understands.  So, the way I see it, we will have wHIVE which is similar to hive.swap except that it is on Ethereum.  

If you decide to pull your Hive out, the wHive is discarded and you get HIVE.

Maybe others can elaborate on this with more information.
