I'm currently building [Alive](https://github.com/aliveprotocol), a decentralized live streaming protocol on Hive, using IPFS and Skynet as the backend storage, using GunDB as short-term off-chain caching. It will be something that any Hive video Dapps can use in place of the current centralized streaming systems. I estimate that it is around ~60% complete, will be posting an update once I get some documentation complete which I'm working on now.

Interesting, although I would've prefered @threespeak would've improved their livestreaming, the more the merrier I guess and will check it out once it's ready!
