well said, im an experienced crypto user and a web dev but even i struggled when i signed up for hive ecosystem. A step-by-step onboarding app would help a LOT! 

And..I use hive for about a six month now, and i realized this week that i need leo power to have a higher vote value. So a beginners guide is a must

If you're up for it could you give me a quick bullet point of things that were confusing or you didn't understand till now? You already listed two and that helps. It's always nice getting fresh input from new eyes as being within Hive for so long it gives you tunnel vision as if everyone should know this stuff lol Appreciate the time and feedback!

The curse of knowledge! 

errr...i will be honest, ~6 months is a long time and i learned lots of hive stuff, so i am in the same boat now. but i will try my best (its part of my day job to find UX problems)

1. i dont know where is the first entry point. i registered through leofinance, but is there a suggested beginners page?
2. thinking about decentralization i was not too happy with the forced phone/twitter linking
3. outsiders are not confident with the concept of logging in with a keychain, maybe they use password managers but thats a different story. 
4. whats next? after i registered i didnt know what to do first with my account -> discovery is problematic
5. i tried to register the same name on actifit as a did not recognize that its using the same keychain (maybe i am dumb with this one) 

decentralization is great as you can use multiple services with the same keys and you can post from different apps. but it becomes a problem when newbies are clueless on which app should they use to start
