We announced in our 2022 SPS roadmap post that Riftwatchers would be sold exclusively for SPS.

DEC is definitely not being phased out, and will continue to be a critical part of the game economy. It has always been our clearly stated goal since its launch that DEC be a relatively stable-priced token at a rate of 1000 for $1. The SPS airdrop totally threw that off, but that's still our goal so there's no reason to add additional utility for it right at the current time. Expect a lot to happen w/r/t DEC and SPS in the 2nd half of the year after the airdrop ends.
