By the way, I preparing a final version of this proposal now and it will have more details in it. However I will go ahead and answer your questions.
> How do you plan to measure the success of your Twitter marketing if in case your proposal gets funded?
We have only 10 Millionaires people on my target list. We're planning to bring at least one HIVE investor and one HIVE partnership. If you see the list of those people in the latest iteration of the proposal, you will find out they're not ordinary people.
> What are the metrics and on whose standard should we benchmark your campaign?
This is a year long journey. There will be series of trial & errors, experiments to figure out a way to pitch HIVE to the Hive Angels(list of 10 people). Stakeholders gets monthly update from me via my own blog how the money was invested and the progress of Hive Angel hunting.
> How will you differentiate your marketing campaign over those normal users who share their thoughts and ideas about Hive and even posh their Hive links?
First I wanted to remind you that HIVE only has owners. Not users.
Imagine new person join hive had 5 hive in his/her wallet and creating contents daily and also set up a witness node but never spent anytime trying to connect with our community then his/her contents will go without noticing as well as witness node.
Me someone who is extremely passionate about decentralisation/freedom, someone who gave literally everything that he had to steem community and invested 2 years of life and all of his money and now almost invested a year of his life with HIVE pitching HIVE to the HIVE Angels is very powerful.
> What makes your Twitter campaign special that the community should pay you 200 HBD/day for your shilling efforts? Shouldn't others receive too for shilling Hive on Twitter?
I've built a social capital with our global community and I was the one who originally stared to bring our Steem community to Twitter with Seven77 Twitter movement and I had the similar vision back then to hunt investors because steemit.inc laid off 70% staff (please read more in the screenshot).
I invested last 10 months on Twitter, on average 5-10 hours a day and witnessing cryptofinally leaving HIVE, Stellabella stoped her plan with HIVE marketing and twitter shilling, theycallmedan's Twitter account suspension and along with some of the community members disappearing from Twitter shilling, I stayed on course with leading the Twitter shilling and focused on building a solid foundation for years to come. I know it's not my solo effort and someone has to fully dedicated their energy to Twitter shilling.
I realised that I'm gonna take accountability to lead our Twitter shilling and put up my third proposal and I named this is as our proposal. My original plan was to reinvest 100% back into our community members who shill HIVE on Twitter. However my final version of the proposal might be look like 20% for me and 80% for community members.
It's bit like HiveFest, The organiser get funded by DHF where HiveFest is only valuable because community members turn up to the event. Where as HiveFest only happens once a year and only bring just our community together, Twitter Shilling happens 24/7/365 which help us to built connections with wider crypto community and all the participants gets rewarded based on their contribution. I won't let people gamify this rewarding strategies.
