I have a drink now and then, not very often and more just to be sociable, but totally understand that many feel it helps relax them into a situation, remove their social awkwardness or fear I guess, as you say. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, but drinking excessively can be a problem. Thanks for joining in and sharing some of your experiences and thoughts.
