This is common and I feel it too. The idea of me dying today and not having the chance to say what I feel, help those I wish to help...Unpleasant. 

Fear brings courage though, so I have found it. With that in mind we must find the courage to set the fear aside and take active steps towards making each moment count. Say how we feel to those we feel it for, be generous, humble, kind, loving. But also to chase down those things we wish to do, *or be!*
