No blame here at all. Market demand and offer aso. When I worked in cocktail bars I was one of the worst possible flirts around. Keeping barf lies and women at the bar attracts men, men who pay founds. It was expected, integral part of the job. And boy did it influence my average tip %. More so even once it became obvious that *scoring* wasn't part of the game. I only cared about the tips, not the phone numbers. They were too easy a game.
