People used to go home to escape - then they would escape further into TV or Netflix, now there is no escape and they realize that they have retreated so far, they are alone. I fear that we are constantly being adapted to worse and worse conditions, getting us used to a life of debt slavery. Humans survived the concentration camps, it doesn't mean that they should have been subjected to those conditions in the first place. It seems that travel these days might be one of the safest places to be, considering how few people were on the train.
