You and me both, mate. It's as if we were raised together. I do understand the anxiety when you get, for an introverted person having to speak out. Since I was a kid, I've always been a shy one, usually staying out of conversations, and then finding it hard to carry that along. I've only been able to have casual chats when its something that I'm interested in, like video games, or cartoons. 

Those old days, while still in the past, still have some profound effect today. Sure, sometimes I wonder if I'd be able to go further in life had I been less shy. I wonder how many opportunities I missed out on because I couldn't, or wouldn't speak out. Ever since I've turned into my teens, I've slowly opened up, and it takes great practice and courage to get there, just as you have. You can't change what happened before, so there's no point in thinking about it, but you can have control over what you do now, and how that'll effect the future. Cheers, and have a great day :-)
