It's a thing here. Private hospitals have this monopoly because public hospital themselves are awful. So it's a thing we experience in a system that's not good enough. However, it's what it is. I hope that one day I can have the means to leave this awful country.

That's frustrating! Hopefully, they will send the remaining medication soon enough because it defeats the purpose if one can afford it but still not receive the service paid for. You shouldn't shy away from looking for opportunities to move elsewhere; God has ways of changing our life stories.
