I don’t know about you but then, I was never a calm person when I’m facing problems. If it was possible to get rid of the problem immediately, I was actually going to do that until I realized that problems sometimes are not really meant to be here for long but maybe God wants us to learn somethings or understand a few things and that’s why we are facing those problems which will be temporary. 
Also, we have to understand that problems are part of life so when we encounter them, we should be calm enough to seek God so He can helo us solve the problem. 

In the Bible, John 16:33 says; ***These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.***

This is to tell us that we will surely encounter problems so why not remain calm just as the Lord has said. There is no doubt that we are in a world without peace. It is supposed to be peaceful but there are now a lot of evil people in the world who do not want the world to be peaceful. 
Sadly, we are in the midst of a wicked world so we may not have peace but with God, we should remain calm because God will surely give us peace and He will intervene. 

As long as you are not among the wicked ones, do not worry because God is with you, for you and will save you from any tribulation that you find yourself into. 
It’s only the wicked people who will never find peace but as long as you are not one of them, be calm in times of problems and the Lord will intervene.
