Don't Make Some Serious Damage If You Don't Have To (Self Defense Situation # 129)
What you do and how you strike to the attacker, it depends on what the attacker is about to do. If someone wants to hurt you pretty bad, you need to take that seriously and make your move accordingly. If not, do not do something serious only because you can do that.

Welcome back to Self Defense Situation # 129. Every situation is different and you cannot fit one thing in every situation. What works in one situation, that might not work in another situation. When you fight for self defense, your move should be based on the situation.

If someone grabs your shirts and you think you can stop him without hurting him pretty badly, you do not need to make some serious damage. When you face a situation like this in real life, sometimes you have to get rid of it and at the same, it is better not to hurt the attacker that much.

In this video, you see how to defend yourself if the attacker grabs your shirt with both hands. You can do a lot of things. Here it shows to hit in the eyes. The fact is, when you hit someone's eyes, it will make serious damage. Do you really have to do that?

If not, you can still apply many techniques to get rid of it. Of course, you can punch. Your hands are open. If you want to remove his hands from your shirt, you can grab his one hand, turn and hyperextend. Then apply pressure, he will not grab your shirt anymore. The attacker will feel the pain and you can defend yourself in this way. At the same time, it will not make serious damage to the attacker.
