Looks like a lovely organ - I love the sound of church organs, its a pity no one can fix it.  There are a few things on that organ that are making me think 1930s - so I'm gonna go for 1932 !

The sound of church organs can be really powerful if it is a good organ and the church has a good acoustic. Thank you for your guess :) 
The results are still not to be revealed, but I will let you know when the guessing period finished  😉
