There was a hint, about the date of the first organ ... and this is actually the second one already :D 

Ok, maybe in a dream it can happen that the second organ is built before the first lol 

We like weird, so it could be a good guess :))))

The dream was super detailed, I remembered all, just don't have the vocabulary to describe nicer all the things from that room...

Lol my bad for researching pipe organs and not finishing the post. 

So now I looked a  bit closer and read that 1795 was the first.  This one has an electric cord which I also missed so that narrows it down to 1897–1970s and then it was probably installed after WWI and prior to WWII. So my second guess 1927.
