Hello, my lovely friends. I started organizing my schedule. Whenever I have free time, I exercise. Like today, I woke up at 5:00 AM. When I went downstairs, it turned out that my mother-in-law was not awake yet. So I prepared breakfast for my husband and daughter, and also prepared breakfast for my mother. While my mother was still sleeping, I prepared everything and prepared everything neatly. At 7:30 AM, the weather was nice today. The sunlight was gentle, and I didn't hesitate. I picked up my phone and opened the Actifit App to help me exercise. I started by walking. I walked out of the house in the garden to the concrete road because I couldn't run conveniently in the garden area because the road was made of small stones. It was quite difficult for me to exercise by running, but walking would be fine. But that's because I chose to exercise on the concrete road because it was flat and I could run with determination and not have to worry about running. Today, I ran very well. I think it's because every day I walked and ran alternately, it seemed the same, but today it turned out that I was less tired, making me stronger and making my running more.
Summary Today I ran well, walked only a little. On both sides of the road today, there were construction workers. Along the Trang River canal, I ran back and forth about 5 times, about 4,000 meters. It made my body sweat a lot. My clothes were soaked with sweat.
When I ran 10,000 meters, I walked back again. 1 round this time, I went to collect garbage, continuing from yesterday. Along the concrete road, there was still garbage. There was plastic, cups, plastic bottles, milk cans, ropes to tie things, and many more. But I still didn't collect them all. It's okay. Let's help each other. It will be clean by itself. And I tried to post these articles on various social media so that people who throw garbage around there without using a trash can will have a sense of awareness and think that a clean city is worth living in.
