Solid post, and I definitely agree. I think there's room for it as a tool, but it's not something that shouldn't be *very thoroughly* re-worked. Posting a copy/paste from the bot is lazy and we should bury those rewards (as folks have been), because it's disingenuous to our entire fucking point on this chain.

Yeah, I totally agree with that, it ruins everything we are and turns Hive as a whole into a bit of a sh*thole, and takes the fun out of being here. I've been thinking of this post for ages, and after posting it, I think I left out a bunch of thoughts and ideas from this one, because it just got way too long, but I'm glad I finally got it out. Another point I wanted to make about its use is the fact that it has almost made me paranoid when flicking through Hive as there have been posts I've read where I'm left wondering if it was machine-generated, whereas before, that wasn't on my mind. So essentially all the people who have used it have made our ecosystem a bit more toxic. Since most of the people using it our out for a quick buck they won't stick around long I don't think. !PIZZA !LUV

That's the one blessing of bot-driven content... it's not high quality and they're not likely to get much value out of it - not through comments, and not through rewards - so they'll burn out and stop eventually (I hope)!
