It is hard at times to stay consistently engaged, but that is the case with any hobby. I wish I exercised more... :)

Those who quit due to downvotes, are also often the people who want attention at any cost and, drama is the fastest way to get it. Not always of course, but rarely do normal people get downvoted for no reason for a prolonged period of time. Overall, I see them as more needed than not. Blurt doesn't have downvotes, they are looking to freeze malicious accounts... Interestingly, of some of the people who quit here because of downvotes.
