Great one! Glad I can help. About the trading volume on the Hive DEX, as far as I'm awere, there is no official API endpoint that shows this. But I might be wrong. Maybe some of the frontends, PeakD or Ecency have one. I also know @mahdiyari build a frontedn DEX. So I'm pinging him as well. Eventualy I can build one if in dire need :) and give it that to Coingecko.

When I built https://hivedex.io I also made proper APIs targeted towards both coingecko and cmc according to their documentations. In order to have the HIVE/HBD volume tracked, they first needed an exchange to be listed. So hivedex.io had to be listed for them to track hive/hbd. I did build all the APIs and they didn't list anything. I remember crimsonclad also following up which resulted in nothing. I did remove the old APIs I built for them in favor of a more decentralized API which is hosted on both of the following: https://hafsql-api.mahdiyari.info/#tag/market https://rpc.mahdiyari.info/hafsql/#tag/market The above API is a complete market API and should satisfy any listing.

Thank you, @dalz and @mahdiyari, now everything is much clearer to me. > So hivedex.io had to be listed for them to track hive/hbd. I asked Coingecko's AI about requirements for listing DEXs and that's what it answered: --- For DEX (Spot) listings on CoinGecko, public API documentation is not mandatory if integration can be achieved through the factory and router address. However, if these addresses are not available, you must provide public API documentation when submitting a request.[(1)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/31989910472345-How-do-I-add-a-new-exchange-on-CoinGecko) For DEX (Derivatives), public API documentation is mandatory.[(1)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/31989910472345-How-do-I-add-a-new-exchange-on-CoinGecko) Some additional requirements: - The listing must fulfill CoinGecko's internal set of criteria (these criteria are not disclosed)[(1)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/31989910472345-How-do-I-add-a-new-exchange-on-CoinGecko) - There is no listing fee[(1)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/31989910472345-How-do-I-add-a-new-exchange-on-CoinGecko) - CoinGecko does not offer "Express Listing" or similar services to expedite the process[(1)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/31989910472345-How-do-I-add-a-new-exchange-on-CoinGecko) To submit a listing request, you'll need to fill out CoinGecko's Request Form.[(1)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/31989910472345-How-do-I-add-a-new-exchange-on-CoinGecko) For trading pairs to be visible: 1. The tokens in the pair must be listed on CoinGecko[(2)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/34239201756569-Why-Don-t-I-See-My-Trading-Pairs-on-CoinGecko) 2. For DEXes using contract addresses, tokens need proper mapping through a token update or new token listing request[(2)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/34239201756569-Why-Don-t-I-See-My-Trading-Pairs-on-CoinGecko) 3. The pair information must be included in your API with complete details like ticker symbols, trading volume, and last price[(2)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/34239201756569-Why-Don-t-I-See-My-Trading-Pairs-on-CoinGecko) 4. The pair must meet CoinGecko's liquidity threshold and show trading activity[(2)](https://support.coingecko.com/hc/en-us/articles/34239201756569-Why-Don-t-I-See-My-Trading-Pairs-on-CoinGecko) --- Probably, this point "*The listing must fulfill CoinGecko's internal set of criteria (these criteria are not disclosed)*" is the key. I'll research what it might be - time of existence, list of tokens from other blockchains, interface requirements, trading volume, etc. > The above API is a complete market API and should satisfy any listing Fantastic. If I talk to their support, I'll have these APIs to show.
