That whole *oppressed little people* spiel is somewhat disturbing.

One would have to first see themselves as *superior,* and believe those *below them* can't function or succeed on their own without *help,* in order to be *champion of the people* and boast about it.

In general, most people are helpful.  But you never see someone announcing to the world, **"Look at me!  I'm holding the door open for this nice little old lady!"** ... for a reason, *until you visit social media.*
